Delivery Service

Elevate Cannabis provides local cannabis delivery within New York State only, where permitted by New York State law and within our approved delivery service area.

We do not ship cannabis products. Orders are delivered by our licensed delivery team and are never sent through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping carrier.

Delivery Requirements

To receive a delivery, customers must:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
• Be the same individual who placed the order.
• Be available to accept the delivery in person.

Our delivery team is required to verify your identity and age before completing the delivery. If a valid ID cannot be presented or the recipient does not meet the legal requirements, the order will not be delivered.

Payment

• All delivery orders must be prepaid before they are dispatched.
• Orders will not be prepared or scheduled for delivery until payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver only to eligible addresses within New York State and within our licensed delivery zone. Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete your delivery because:

• No eligible recipient is available,
• A valid government-issued ID cannot be verified,
• The delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible,

the order may be canceled or rescheduled at Elevate Cannabis's discretion. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeat delivery attempts where permitted by law.
